Where does the ink go?
The Zapp team will shatter the ink into tiny minuscule pieces so that the immune system can process them and flush them from your body. Without this shattering process, the body is unable to break down the tattoo.
Will laser treatment leave a scar?
We Zapp the ink so quickly with our best in class technology that we shatter the ink without damaging the live tissue of your skin. Of course, there may be some redness, swelling and blistering afterwards but this is all part of the natural healing process of tattoo removal.
What kind of tattoo can be removed?

Can I fade my tattoo for a coverup?

What to expect in sessions
How does laser tattoo removal work?
Zapp sessions will only take you 20 minutes from start to finish. Most patients only spend between 2-5 minutes under the laser itself.
Will I need multiple sessions?
Yes you will. Complete removal will require a series of treatments spaced between 6 and 8 weeks apart.
How long till my tattoo is completely gone?
We prefer to open and honest with our clients. Most tattoos take between 6 and 10 sessions depending on several factors including ink quality, depth of ink, the health of the patient.
How much does laser removal hurt?
Having had tattoos removed ourselves the level of discomfort is similar to having a tattoo applied in the first place. Everyone threshold is different so we provide complimentary ice packs.
Is laser tattoo removal a safe option?
Absolutely, we’ve invested heavily in high-quality technology and thorough training to ensure there will be no hiccups along the way.
Will my treatment be covered by medicare?
At this stage Medicare won’t be coming to the party, however, we think you’ll find the Zapp experience is worth the cost. The removal process is spaced out over several months so you won’t be needing any lump sums
